ORTUMLIFE RETURN POLICY
At Ortumlife, quality and customer satisfaction come first.
If your order is not exactly what you expected, you have the right to return it within 14 days after delivery. No stress. No complicated process. This follows Belgian & EU consumer laws.
Right of Withdrawal
You can notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to cancel your purchase.
Once you inform us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Return Conditions
To keep everything fair:
– Product must be unused
– Must be in original condition
– Preferably in original packaging
– Bedding, towels & bathrobes must not be washed or used for hygiene reasons
Returns showing usage, damage, or missing parts may be refused.

You will receive return instructions.

Send the item back to our return address.
Return Shipping
– Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
– Ortumlife is not responsible for lost return packages
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
– Full refund of your purchase
– Within 14 days
– Using your original payment method
Original shipping fees are refunded only if the full order is returned.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
That’s on us.
Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos.
We will fix it immediately.
